Enjoy, and let me know in comment section below if you have done it.For only a 10 minute video, Chloe works you HARD đ° After doing two different exercises for 30 seconds you only get 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next â it can be brutal at times! Day 1 wasnât too challenging I spent some time making sure I was doing each exercise correctly which made the workout feel shorter. I really recommend Chloeâs 2 weeks program! Do not be too hard on yourself, try as hard as you can and keep exercising. Mamas, if you have some me time but donât really know what to do (yes, thatâs rare) then work out, go for a walk, you will feel so much better. Chloeâs videos were helpful and well created, she is a good motivator. So my next challenge will have to be: healthy meal prep! Otherwise, I am satisfied with the results and will try Chloe Tingâs 15 Days Intense Core Challenge next. I am quite happy with the results, knowing that I always struggle to lose weight from my hips but as I said, I think if I paid more attention to my diet I would have toned more areas. I can definitely say that my core has strengthened but has not reached my goal yet.

When I completed the 2 Weeks Shred Challenge my measurements were:Äuring the 14 days, I always found some exercises difficult but saw my capability improve with others. Keep in mind that I did not commit to a 100% clean and healthy diet, which I will (try) in the next challenge but Mama is taking baby steps too! So, when I started the 2 Weeks Shred Challenge my measurements were: I am so happy I successfully completed the Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge! Mama Got Some Chloe Tingâs Results Too! Laziness will hit hard but you will be even more proud of yourself like I did.

Donât feel bad if you donât succeed the first time, just take your time and do the low impact exercises if you struggle. Honestly speaking, most of the time I was so LAZY but still pushed through as I didnât have anything to do and the feeling I got post workout was so good, I ended up enjoying it for real. Once thatâs done, at around 8.30am I would make the baby some breakfast, feed her, call my family in France, drink water (plenty!) and then start my workout at around 9am whilst my baby finishes her breakfast or crawls around me (sometimes stopping my workout). At around 7.30-8am, I would get her dressed and ready for the day and also get myself ready for workout. Then I would breastfeed and spend some time in bed with her. You will have some rest time throughout the workouts so donât worry but I must say it was challenging! I have a very weak core so these were the perfect (difficult) exercises⊠the ones where you know that youâre working out (sweating and shaking).Äuring the two weeks, my routine started with waking up around 6.30-7am when my baby wakes up. The workouts were effective and she also proposes low impact versions, which I did for most of the exercises because I injure my joints easily. On the second week the clean diet went out of the window but I still kept doing the challenge. The first week I will be honest wasnât easy but I could see results quickly as my diet was healthy. I personally went for walks but you can do all sorts of course as long as you move ya body (e.g. Over the two week period you will also have 2 active rest days.

Mama was like âletâs do this!â so I decided to challenge myself too! My Challenge Experience I was so amazed by her results that I started to do some research and found even more videos where people were getting results. I tried so many workout videos and free mobile apps until I bumped into a YouTube video called âi tried chloe tings 2 week abs shred! 6 month postpartum RESULTS!!â from Our Tiny Tribe (I love their videos!). I think it was due to a lack of exercise so I decided to start a routine. Hereâs something about me⊠I love working out but I LOVE food more and I am not talking about healthy food here.Äuring lock down I have been all other the place with my diet, which I could tell was impacting my body and my mood.
